Job Scope

The Specialist - Merchandising is responsible for enhancing store-level efficiency and driving POS sales growth by developing and maintaining a best-in-class customer experience for Apple products within the Carrier channel. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enhance and optimize in-store visibility to drive customer engagement and sales;
  • Execute branded merchandising programs to showcase Apple products and align with brand standards;
  • Create comprehensive merchandising plans to optimize product presentation and customer experience;
  • Track Point of Sale (POS) performance for all lines of business and take proactive measures, including merchandising adjustments and training initiatives, to improve sales performance;
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to partners to enhance product knowledge and sales skills;
  • Ensure compliance with agreements between Apcom, Apple and partners;
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure POS readiness and effective product launches;
  • Engage daily with partners/carriers and various departments, including management, Apple sales, marketing and Apcom teams to drive successful merchandising outcomes and enhance the in-store experience for customers.
