Logistics & Procurement Assistant
Summary
Join our team in Zagreb as a Logistics & Procurement Assistant and become an important part of the day-to-day management of inventory, administrative processes, and logistics operations.
We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized individual who enjoys working with data, coordinating various processes, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in logistics, procurement, and inventory management while actively contributing to the smooth running of the business.
The employment contract is offered for a fixed term as maternity and parental leave cover, with an expected duration until the end of 2027.
This role is based in Zagreb, Croatia. Please note that relocation support is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly stock counts for the entire inventory, process inventory data, and reconcile stock balances with inventory results;
- Conduct quarterly inventory counts of demo devices and equipment;
- Inform consignors of inventory changes relating to their products based on inventory results and reconcile stock data received from consignors;
- Update product prices in the system in a timely manner according to received instructions and communicate changes to the sales team;
- Set promotional prices for the webshop and retail stores in the system according to received instructions;
- Monitor shipments against expected transit times and coordinate with the warehouse/shipping department to ensure inventory alignment with related documentation;
- Perform timely inventory transactions in the system for all locations according to predefined processes;
- Carry out additional administrative tasks within the operations department (product code alignment, creation of new products in the system, etc);
- Monitor and process all supplier documentation in a timely manner and ensure inventory records are aligned accordingly;
- Prepare monthly Intrastat reports (arrivals and dispatches) for the entire product range.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in logistics and/or procurement;
- Minimum secondary school diploma in a relevant field;
- Analytical and structured mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail;
- Proactive, adaptable, and responsible working style;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Croatian and English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with a focus on data processing and analysis;
- Strong willingness to learn and develop.
