Job Scope
We are looking for a Administrator - eCommerce to support the growth of our e-Commerce business. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at the beginning of their career who are eager to develop their skills in digital sales, data analysis, and online customer experience. In this role, you will contribute to improving the customer journey across our digital platforms while ensuring their smooth operation. You will work with data to identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with business partners to enhance overall performance. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the e-commerce portal content, by planning and adding new categories/products, product data, recommending upsell/cross-sell opportunities and promotions to store;
- Monitor, report and coordinate with the sales team to ensure optimum stock allocation;
- Coordinate the online promotion with vendors, marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal efficiency;
- Track the e-commerce platform performance (Overall, Client, Product) and report the business outcome of data-driven insights;
- Manage leads and support existing/new partner accounts on e-commerce;
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities;
- Conduct market research on sales and promotions over digital platforms and do the required analysis;
- Prepare insights report on the data-mining outcome on key KPIs;
- Provide specialized knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or any related field;
- Proficiency in Croatian and advanced knowledge of English;
- Proficieny in Microsoft Office applications, particulary Excel;
- Costumer service and sales-oriented midset;
- Strong organizational and coordination skills;
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills.
