Digital Sales Executive
Job Scope
The Digital Sales Executive is accountable for growing the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience and maintaining the digital platform through conducting data analysis and managing relationships with business partner.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the e-commerce portal content, by planning and adding new categories/products, product data, recommending upsell/cross-sell opportunities and promotions to store;
- Monitor, report and coordinate with the online team;
- Execute the online promotion planned with vendors, marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal efficiency;
- Track the e-commerce platform performance and client feedback and report the business outcome of data-driven insights;
- Manage leads and support existing/new client accounts on e-commerce;
- Cooperate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities;
- Prepare insight reports according to team lead;
- Provide support for incoming inquiries;
- Ensure optimal status of orders, keeping sales orders up to date;
- Provide services and up and cross-sell products to Customers.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or any other related field
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience
