Specialist - Deal Management
Job Scope
The Specialist - Deal Management is accountable for delivering comprehensive deal management services encompassing quote generation, pricing analysis, licensing evaluation, and approval processes. S/He will structure, price and draft Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs), including defining rules, terms, and conditions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate the end-to-end deal approval process, coordinating with internal management and external vendors to ensure timely approvals;
- Implement discount strategies in accordance with company policies and financial guidelines;
- Prepare comprehensive justifications for deals, incorporating financial analysis;
- Maintain an updated understanding of product SKUs and configurations, ensuring accuracy in deal structuring;
- Define and clarify terms and definitions of deals to ensure mutual understanding and agreement among stakeholders;
- Coordinate the execution of Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) by ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal and financial requirements;
- Act as a key point of contact for sales, finance, and legal teams, assisting with deal structuring and approval coordination;
- Monitor performance metrics related to deal approvals, discounts, and process effectiveness through reporting
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or any other related field
Master’s degree is preferred
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Deal Management and preparing Quotations.
