Job Scope
The Lead Specialist - Sales Operations is accountable for providing sufficient support and consultation to sales resources related but not limited to customer setup, purchasing programs, pricing and quotation, licensing and assistance with sales tools.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Team with deal preparation including pricing, customer contract detail, quoting and account profiling
- Support the Sales Team in the event of new business (including partner and client calls)
- Assist with the sales exception process
- Support customers with license agreements and work with the contract team to ensure system updates
- Manage and track the accounts for existing end users including but not limited to license transfers, conversion requests, trade up reports, merge records, requests and issues
- Utilize Salesforce to assist sales with all opportunities and track / update customer information
- Attend to customer issues and complaints and escalate where needed
- Consult Sales on how to track all sales stages and update customer information on SFDC
- Handle the management and issuance of orders and ensure they are booked and assets delivered to the client
- Deliver ad hoc trainings on systems and tools
- Assist customers on all queries regarding the license portal system
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Experience
5 years of relevant experience
