Consultant - Business Solution

Job Scope

The Consultant - Business Solution is accountable for providing consultancy to customers while translating their requirements into workable solutions. S/He handles on-site trainings, follows up on tickets and recommends enhancements and new features on a regular basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

-    Deliver detailed solution demonstrations tailored to the client's specific needs, showcasing how Autodesk solutions can address their challenges;
-    Engage with infrastructure ecosystem customers such as road and highways engineering offices, contractors, and road authorities;
-    Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects;
-    Demonstrate the ability to plan, run and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients;
-    Define the scope of a project/opportunity while estimating efforts and project timelines;
-    Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization;
-    Drive implementation activities of data migration and training;
-    Work closely with clients to capture the integration requirements and define integration strategies and roadmaps accordingly;
-    Follow up on tickets with the customer and Vendor;
-    Provide project updates to the team and management; 
-    Communicate project deliverables with the customers on regular basis;
-    Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the application;
-    Contribute to on-site user training;
-    Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems;

Experience

-    3 to 6 years of relevant experience
-    Expertise in BIM consulting.
-    Combine technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer relationship management skills to drive the adoption of Autodesk's solutions.
-    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the infrastructure sector.
-    Deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges associated with infrastructure projects, including civil engineering, transportation, and utilities.
