Specialist - Procurement
Job Scope
The Specialist - Procurement is responsible to support procurement and operational activities including order processing, logistics coordination, inventory control, reporting, and vendor follow-up to ensure efficient and accurate procurement operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end order processing, including purchase orders, sales orders, and execution;
- Coordinate shipments and logistics, ensuring timely delivery through effective follow-up with freight forwarders and agents;
- Oversee inventory management across locations, including stock levels, transfers, and warehouse movements;
- Control goods receipt, verify deliveries, and resolve discrepancies or damaged items;
- Conduct inventory counts and monthly stock audits, ensuring accurate reconciliation;
- Prepare and share operational, vendor, and compliance reports in a timely manner;
- Process documentation related to deliveries, receipts, and returns, including RMA handling;
- Address product complaints and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed;
- Coordinate with internal teams on order status, pricing, and operational updates;
- Support promotions, pricing setup, and trade-in processes in line with guidelines;
- Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as required.

Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Experience
2 to 3 years of experience
