Senior Specialist - Sales
Job Scope
The Senior Specialist - Sales is accountable for driving revenue growth by fostering strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. S/He supports in setting and achieving sales targets, negotiates pricing, ensures product and service quality, and stays attuned to market dynamics.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Acting as the key field representative to develop and drive sales pipeline for our solutions focused on winning ‘compete’ accounts.
- Build net-new end-user relationships across your assigned territory focused on growing market share, accelerating competitive WIN’s on Citrix, NetScaler and our full product portfolio.
- Managing forecast, pipeline planning, and overachieving quarterly/annual quotas.
- Driving Cloud Software Group solutions into leading commercial businesses.
- Providing regular communication with Sales and other teams to augment efforts and share support.
- Maintaining knowledge of competitors in accounts to strategically position the Cloud Software Group solutions.
- Use specialty expertise to grow net-new opportunities.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in direct or territory-based sales
- Previous experience in selling any End User Computing, security, networking solutions.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding quota
- Hands-on experience in closing complex deals in new markets
- Extensive customer contacts within territory
- Travel as required.
- Must be Native Serbian Speaker
- You should be a resident in Serbia
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in direct or territory-based sales
