Senior Specialist - Sales Operations
Job Scope
The Senior Specialist - Sales Operations is accountable for providing sufficient support and consultation to sales resources related but not limited to customer setup, purchasing programs, pricing and quotation, licensing and assistance with sales tools.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the deal preparation process, including pricing, quoting, contract details, and account profiling, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal guidelines;
- Act as a key point of contact for the Sales team in the event of new business, providing guidance on pricing, contracts, and processes;
- Handle and follow up on the sales exception process, ensuring proper approvals and compliance with internal policies;
- Coordinate customer licensing agreements with the contracts team and ensure timely and accurate system updates;
- Address and follow up on customer and sales-related issues, ensuring proper escalation and resolution;
- Contribute to improving sales operations processes by identifying gaps and supporting the implementation of enhancements;
- Prepare and maintain reports related to sales activities, deals, and operational KPIs.
Compliance and Anti-Corruption
- Adhere to Midis Code of Conduct and Midis Anti-Corruption Policy;
- Complete the Midis Code of Conduct online training in a timely manner on a yearly basis;
- Report violations or suspected corruption cases to the Compliance Department;
- Highlight red flags to Management;
- Cooperate with investigations.

Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Experience
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
