Job Scope

The Senior Account Manager is accountable for managing a portfolio of accounts and promoting the company and its respective AI solutions/services through well-defined account management strategies and sound partnerships with existing/potential customers. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes and champions marketing programs and activities in line with the Business Unit Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

-    Identify, map, and qualify high-potential end-users in strategic verticals and countries (KSA, UAE, QA, OM, KW) to ensure a focused approach towards the most promising opportunities
-    Prepare and implement the account strategies and roadmap for the assigned AI services/Solutions portfolio in coordination with Channel Account Manager(s) and in alignment with Mindware’s management;
-    Drive the generation of new AI leads, create robust and sustainable AI services pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives;   
-    Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing end-clients, AI Authorities, government entities etc… to expand sales and establish new opportunities;  
-    Build and maintain a solid customer database, analyze data and develop metrics evaluating accounts penetration, loyalty and new opportunities;
-    Promote Mindware’s AI practice by participating in key industry events and establishing AI Mindware Club with a goal of engaging 100 C-level AI stakeholders across industries.
-    Oversee the entire sales cycle in cooperation with Mindware AI practice, channel managers and resellers;
-    Generate sales for the entire portfolio of accounts in terms of long-term revenue and profitability;
-    Secure the highest level of engagement and support to end-customers and respond to issues and/or queries in order to efficiently meet customers’ needs;
-    Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress and raise recommendations as and when necessary; 
-    Evaluate current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement procedures maximizing efficiency and standardization;  
-    Put available systems into practice (salesforce.com CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output efficiency and standardization; 

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or any other related field.

Experience

Proven successful sales record, ability to talk AI/Digital Transformation, to qualify opportunities and close complex solutions / services deals

At least 7 years of relevant experience with strong network and established relationships with c-level executives at top 100 companies
