Job Scope

The Consultant - Business Solution is accountable for providing consultancy to customers while translating their requirements into workable solutions. S/He handles on-site trainings, follows up on tickets and recommends enhancements and new features on a regular basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of new requirements.
• Provide business consultancy based on best practices to customers.
• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
• Define the scope of a project/opportunity while estimating efforts and project timelines.
• Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.
• Drive implementation activities of data migration and training.
• Work closely with clients to capture the integration requirements and define integration strategies and roadmaps accordingly.
• Provide project updates to the team and management.
• Communicate project deliverables with the customers on regular basis.
• Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the application.
• Contribute to on-site user training.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology or Equivalent
