Job Scope

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team and help design and implement modern monitoring and observability solutions for applications, systems, and networks. This role combines strong technical expertise with a consulting mindset and the ability to navigate complex, heterogeneous IT environments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

•    Designing, implementing, and optimizing monitoring and observability solutions across applications, infrastructure, and networks.
•    Working closely with customers to gather requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver tailored implementations.
•    Integrating monitoring tools into existing on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
•    Working with metrics, logs, and distributed traces, including their correlation for effective troubleshooting.
•    Providing consulting and guidance on best practices related to availability, performance, reliability, and operations.
•    Creating technical documentation and transferring knowledge to customer teams.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field

Experience

•    A broad technological background and the ability to work across multiple layers of the IT stack.
•    Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
•    Hands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows).
•    Familiarity with development platforms and languages (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, Node.js).
•    Solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP/S, REST APIs, web servers, application architectures).
•    Good grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalling).
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes in complex systems.
•    Good communication skills and a true consulting mindset — able to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Communication in Czech or Slovak language is a must
•    Experience with monitoring and observability tools (APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management).
•    Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•    Background in Professional Services
•    Scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
