On a Typical Day, You Will:

- Develop and refine strategic plans for your assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying opportunities to enhance performance and drive growth.

- Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and partners, conducting regular meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and explore collaboration opportunities.

- Review customer data, market trends, and sales performance metrics to evaluate progress, uncover new opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Lead negotiations, close deals, and oversee the sales lifecycle from initiation to payment collection, ensuring smooth execution and maximum profitability.

- Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to coordinate efforts, align strategies, and ensure consistent messaging and delivery.

- Track payment and credit performance, address outstanding issues, and proactively resolve any financial discrepancies.

- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands, using insights to inform decision-making and product strategies.

- Supervise the execution of targeted marketing programs and campaigns, assess their effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.

- Generate and present detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and progress updates to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

- Provide guidance to junior account managers, offering advice and support to help them achieve their goals and align with company objectives.

- Strengthen relationships with existing customers by understanding their evolving needs and delivering exceptional service, building long-term loyalty and trust.

- Act as a key ambassador for the company, representing its products and values at events, meetings, and in all client interactions.

 

What We Are looking For:

 - 8–10 years in B2B sales, with a proven track record in key account management.

- Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data.

- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Agile and customer-centric approach with accountability in every action.

- Deep awareness of market dynamics and a results-driven mindset

- You are fluent in both Czech and English
