Your Role as HR Administrator

As our HR Administrator, you’ll be a key player in making sure our HR processes run smoothly and our employees feel supported.

On a Typical Day You Will:

• Helping us find great talent by managing job postings, conducting phone screening, scheduling interviews
• Supporting new hires with onboarding and making them feel welcome
• Handling employee inquiries and making sure everyone has the info they need
• Keeping HR records organized and up to date
• Assisting with payroll, attendance checks, and general HR tasks
• Coordinating training sessions and supporting employee development
• Playing a key role in HR projects that make our workplace even better

What We Require

• A degree in HR, business, psychology or a related field is a plus, but not a must
• If you already have some HR or administrative experience (1-2 years), that’s great
• You enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love making things run smoothly.
• You speak Czech and English fluently (other languages are a bonus!).
