Job Scope

As an Account Manager within the B2B team, you will be responsible for generating sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, acquiring new business partners, and supporting the B2B Sales Manager in the development of the department. Your role will involve meeting set sales targets, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring the quality and consistency of delivered products and services. #LI-KI1

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the B2B Sales Manager in creating and implementing strategic initiatives to increase demand for B2B services
  • Collaborate on the development of services and solutions, and help define key steps for the growth and development of the Sales team

  • Build and grow strong business relationships with both new and existing clients

  • Actively monitor the market, identify opportunities, and acquire new business partners

  • Create sales forecasts, analyze trends, and consult them with your manager

  • Work with CRM – track and log business opportunities from start to finish

  • Manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to deal closure

  • Visit clients, update orders, and resolve outstanding issues

  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms within established guidelines and report closed deals

  • Ensure client onboarding, registration, and credit requests

  • Regularly inform clients about product or service updates and changes

  • Continuously update the company and customer account database

  • Handle complaints and claims, propose appropriate measures, and report solutions taken

  • Monitor the market, prepare competitive analyses, and propose recommendations to increase sales and market position

  • Cooperate with other departments on the introduction of new products/services and monitor their progress

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial and sales reporting

  • Complete ad hoc tasks, including tenders, contract management, or activities related to the public sector

Position Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar position

  • Intermediate level of English

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools

  • Commercial awareness, planning, and organizational skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Strong results and customer satisfaction orientation
