Job Scope
The Specialist - Channel Operations is accountable for collaborating closely with the Channel team, Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders. S/He assists in managing contracts, collections, documentation, logistics, and sales reporting while ensuring adherence to channel compliance standards
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the entire sales operation process of partners in both pre and post approval phases.
- Maintain and update channel partners’ record and documentation.
- Track the sales operational activities from order to delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle partner onboarding, user account creation, and follow up on agreement signatures.
- Enable user management access and training on SFDC terms of functionality and sales process.
- Support in ensuring SFDC data is accurately linked to internal ERP.
- Prepare necessary reports and dashboards related to CRM data, for assigned companies, such as opportunities, leads, accounts and activities.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Must have experience in handling the sales operations.
