Support Engineer

Job Scope

The Support Engineer is accountable for addressing technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining strong relationships with partners and end users and ensuring full satisfaction at all times.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze technical issues based on defined support processes and procedures and report actions accordingly
  • Attend to technical issues raised by end users with premium support contracts during business hours in a timely and efficient manner and in line with the established SLOs
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers
  • Document and record all activities and communications with customers and maintain case history accordingly
  • Maintain a regular communication with customers on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, provide assistance, feedback, knowledge sharing and other added value activities related to the product(s)/service(s)
  • Attend to customers’ issues and escalate cases when and as needed

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience

Must have an experience in IT hardware solutions.
