Job Scope
The Specialist - Channel Operations is accountable for collaborating closely with the Channel team, Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders. S/He assists in managing contracts, collections, documentation, logistics, and sales reporting while ensuring adherence to channel compliance standards
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the entire contractual documentation process of partners in both pre and post approval phases;
- Maintain and update channel partners’ record and documentation;
- Handle partner onboarding, user account creation, and follow up on agreement signatures;
- Enable user management access and training on SFDC terms of functionality and sales process;
- Handle the timely collection of payments, follow up on overdue invoices/payments and implement company collections as per procedures in place;
- Report any payment issues to the respective stakeholders;
- Update credit insurance limits, follow on customer financial status and work closely with finance for limits increase/decrease;
- Validate deal registrations;
- Report sales declarations on monthly basis;
- Support in ensuring SFDC data is accurately linked to internal ERP
- Prepare necessary reports and dashboards related to CRM data, for assigned companies, such as opportunities, leads, accounts and activities;
- Support in operational systems and tools.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience
