Senior Inside Sales Representative

Job Scope

The Senior Inside Sales Representative is accountable for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers. S/He oversees and trains the Inside Sales Representatives as and when needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in a timely manner by reaching out to customers for qualification and converting MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Attract prospects and identify lead generation strategies and opportunities contributing towards an annual revenue target
  • Drive SQLs and successfully close deals in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers
  • Follow up on a daily basis with customers and partners on open opportunities
  • Accelerate pipeline to closure avoiding losing deals and stalled transactions
  • Forecast accurate deals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Complete all product trainings, remain up to date and present the company’s product portfolio to end users
  • Ensure Salesforce is always up to date and all activities are logged correctly
  • Build quotes in Salesforce and secure discount approvals when necessary
  • Oversee the daily activities of the Inside Sales Representatives and attend to issues as appropriate.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field.

Experience

At least 4 years of relevant experience as an inside sale for IT Security Enterprise Software Solution.
