Sales Executive

Job Scope

The Sales Executive is accountable for generating sales through maintaining strong relationships with customers and developing new opportunities and partnerships. S/He achieves predefined sales targets, negotiates prices and manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process for assigned accounts and regions, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Complete subscription renewals for assigned customers, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand within existing accounts, driving additional revenue growth.
  • Minimize churn by addressing customer needs and demonstrating the value of the product, while working on price uplifts for assigned accounts.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed the assigned yearly sales quota.
  • Use the company CRM to document all sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and category updates.
  • Develop and execute tailored plans and strategies for the assigned market to achieve goals effectively.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field

Experience

At least 2 -3 years of relevant experience in inside sales and SaaS Business. 

Should be a Native Greek speaker and must have fluent English communication skills.
