Job Scope
ESET is hiring a Renewals Manager to lead and personally drive license renewals across Greece, Cyprus, Malta, and the Middle East. This role combines hands-on execution with team leadership, focused on retention, growth, and predictable renewal revenue in a channel-led cybersecurity environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional renewal targets.
- Personally manage key and high-risk renewals end to end.
- Lead, coach, and develop the renewals team.
- Conduct account reviews, risk assessments, and renewal planning.
- Negotiate and close renewals while strengthening customer relationships.
- Maintain an accurate 120-day renewal forecast in CRM.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewals.
- Work closely with Sales, Partners, Finance, and Customer Success
Position Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with a hands-on mindset
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and organizational skills
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
- Fluent English required; Greek and/or Arabic is a strong plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Experience
7+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or SaaS/cybersecurity sales.
