Position: Specialist – Logistics
We are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive individual who is eager to develop their career in logistics, inventory management, and operational business support. The role is also suitable for early-career candidates who are motivated to grow in a dynamic business environment and contribute to a variety of operational and support processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently planning, organizing, and executing the receipt and dispatch of goods; managing inbound shipments; and supporting invoicing and dispatch processes in cooperation with sales teams, including occasional personal deliveries if required;
- Planning and ensuring optimal warehouse organization and process efficiency;
- Conducting regular inventory counts, analyzing discrepancies, and resolving inconsistencies through to completion;
- Planning and executing stock rotation;
- Managing operational behind-the-scenes processes;
- Supporting work with the ERP system and ensuring data accuracy;
- Maintaining and updating the item master (item tree) and price lists;
- Preparing reports and supporting sales teams with inventory and sales analysis (actionable insights);
- Providing operational support to daily business across all segments: retail, B2B sales, and service, including customer communication, preparing offers, and organizing shipments;
- Supporting compliance processes and month-end closing activities;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.
Key skills, experience, and competencies:
- Analytical mindset, precision, and a high level of initiative and accountability;
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to process and analyze data;
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
- Ability to work effectively at both the operational (physical) and system levels;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan tasks independently;
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple teams simultaneously;
- At least a Level V education in economics or another relevant field;
- Valid Category B driver’s license and willingness to occasionally deliver and transport goods.
