Administrator - HR

Job Scope

The Administrator - HR is accountable for coordinating the daily HR activities and following up on employee requests and inquiries. S/He champions HR initiatives and processes and administrative related tasks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including but not limited to posting jobs, scheduling interviews, contacting references and preparing offers;
  • Ensure that all probationary reviews are conducted in a timely manner and work closely with managers to provide support and guidance when needed;
  • Maintain and update personnel files in addition to other admin-related documents as per policies in place;
  • Prepare all HR letters and maintain records;
  • Maintain and update HR trackers and reports to monitor various HR metrics and activities;
  • Follow up on the performance appraisal cycle and ensure deadlines are met;
  • Perform periodic checks on employees’ attendance and report abuses if any;
  • Provide support to stakeholders within the organization as needed, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns;
  • Support the onboarding process of new joiners;
  • Undertake miscellaneous operational tasks and projects as assigned by line management

Position Requirements

Education

Diploma in Human Resources Management or any other related field

Experience

At least 2 years of relevant experience
