Job Scope
Midis Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our Ivanti team responsible for enterprise sales across the Africa region, build trusted executive relationships, and shape the future of our enterprise business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Own Enterprise Growth: Drive revenue by selling Ivanti’s solutions directly and through strategic partners across the region.
- Lead Strategic Expansion: Develop and execute account strategies to identify new business opportunities and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Engage C-Suite Leaders: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning Ivanti’s solutions with their IT and business priorities.
- Build & Inspire Teams: Mentor and guide account managers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Champion Ivanti Solutions: Position Ivanti as the go-to partner for IT automation, security, and Everywhere Work enablement.
Position Requirements
- Strategic Leadership: Expertise in building and executing complex sales strategies for large enterprise accounts.
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT business drivers, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven pipeline management.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field
Experience
- 8–12 years in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in the Africa market.
