Business Development Executive for Quest take the responsibility of growing the business across the SSA region.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) in a time manner by reaching out to the customers for qualification and converting MQLs to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
- Achieve revenue targets for SQLs within a defined tthreshold by fully driving successful closure of the deal
- Work closely with our channel team & Disti. / Partner to generate and create sourced pipeline for deals within the defined threshold and drive them till closure
- Drive SQLs along with the field sales team towards a successful closure of the deal as per the defined threshold
- Support the BU heads and Marketing by running specific campaigns to generate demand and revenue
- Daily follow up with customers and partners on open opportunities
- Accelerate pipeline to closure avoiding losing deals and stalled pipeline
- Forecasting deals accurately (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)
- Complete all product trainings, stay up to date on the technology we sell, and be able to present our product portfolio to end users.
- Ensure that Salesforce is always up to date and all activities are logged correctly
- Build quotes in Salesforce and secure discount approvals whenever necessary
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Experience
At least 3 years of industry related experience.
