Job Scope

The Sales Manager is accountable for the promotion of the compnay and its respective products/services through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers within the assigned country. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities.

We are seeking a self-driven, passionate, and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in İstanbul, with proven experience in selling software solutions to Finance, Banking, and Enterprise-level customers.
The ideal candidate will be customer-centric and solutions-oriented, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across both existing and new accounts within the financial services and corporate sectors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

•    Develop Territory, Account, and Opportunity plans with accurate forecasting.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
•    Understand customers' business operations, challenges, and areas for innovation to identify growth opportunities.
•    Identify and position MDSap solutions to address client needs and communicate value effectively.
•    Collaborate with internal and partner resources (presales, service & support, global sales teams) to deliver customer-focused solutions.
•    Drive new business sales opportunities in untapped accounts.
•    Qualify, negotiate, and close complex sales deals in a competitive environment.
•    Consistently achieve or exceed financial and sales targets.
•    Manage client communications, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with deliverables.
•    Oversee ongoing projects to ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
•    Report to the General Manager with regular updates on pipeline, activities, and performance.


Position Requirements


•    Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at CXO level.
•    Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, planning, execution, and negotiation.
•    Motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent with a high level of initiative.
•    Ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines.
•    Strong business development, prospecting, and presentation capabilities.
•    Native Turkish speaker with fluency in English.

Education

•    Bachelor's degree from a Turkish university, preferably in Engineering or Management.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software solutions sales, preferably within Finance, Banking, and Enterprise Accounts.
