Job Scope

The Technical Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on services related Servers, Storage, backup, virtualization with installation & Configuration . S/He designs, configures, tests and implements projects.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement and configure solutions across servers, storage, backup, and virtualization environments
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful project delivery
• Provide post-implementation support and stabilization, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and performance challenges
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Contribute to system upgrades, optimizations, and continuous improvements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
• Deliver technical training sessions and knowledge transfer to customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, maintaining a strong professional presence with clients

Position Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field

Experience

• • 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Consultant / Systems Engineer / Implementation role
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Servers & Compute Infrastructure
    • Storage Solutions
    • Backup & Disaster Recovery
    • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
  • Proven experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
