Job Scope
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TRIRIGA Functional Consultant for a pivotal role that bridges technical expertise with functional understanding to implement and optimize IBM's Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) solutions. The following outlines the key skills, capabilities, and responsibilities associated with this position:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of TRIRIGA solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Project Leadership: Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of TRIRIGA implementations.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams, and offer ongoing support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
Functional Expertise
- TRIRIGA Modules: Strong functional understanding and implementation experience of at least two TRIRIGA modules, such as Lease Administration, Lease Accounting, Space Management, Facility Management, and Capital Projects
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure solution alignment
- Configure TRIRIGA applications and perform functional testing
- Conduct workshops, user training, and prepare documentation for system processes and end-user manuals
- Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams to resolve integration or application errors
Position Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: IBM Certified Application Developer – TRIRIGA Application Platform or similar certifications.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members, including presentation skills.
Education
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Information Systems.
Experience
- Must have minimum 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in IBM TRIRIGA
- Proven end-to-end implementation experience in IBM TRIRIGA projects is mandatory.
- Experience in conducting requirement gathering workshops, documentation, testing, and user acceptance support.
- Experience delivering technical training or knowledge transfer sessions is an added advantage.
