Job Scope

The Solutions Architect is responsible for evaluating an organization’s business needs and determining how IT can support those needs leveraging software, hardware or infrastructure. S/he determines, develops and improves technical solutions in support of business goals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Prepare and document testing requirements
• Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals
• Work with business units to develop IT strategies and improve current IT implementations
• Build and migrate software and services across the organization
• Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products
• Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Solution Architect role, with strong expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions, with a primary focus on Cybersecurity.
• This is a Solution Architect-focused role, responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that align with customer business and technical requirements.
• Strong technical architecture, solution design, and customer consulting experience are essential.
• Strong personality with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, as this is a client-facing role.
• Ability to engage with enterprise customers, gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive solution adoption.
• Experience working across multiple technology domains, including Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure
