Job Scope

The Site Project Manager is accountable for handling site projects from planning to implementation through coordinating the needed resources, allocating budgets and measuring performance. S/He oversees the Project Engineers and Technicians and monitors daily site activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Technical and Operations

• Assist in the definition of project success criteria and objectives involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as per signed agreement
• Acquire manpower, equipment, tools and materials needed for the project with attention to budgetary limitations
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections and ensure abidance by occupational health and safety measures
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Run project status meetings as required and attend to issues and complaints as necessary
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance and manage issues and risks using appropriate tools and techniques
• Ensure all projects delivered fall within time, scope, quality and cost constraints

Talent Development

• Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership
• Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field

Experience

At least 7 years of relevant experience
