Job Scope

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of BMC implementation projects, including (but not limited to) BMC Helix ITSM, ITOM, Control-M, and BMC Discovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ITSM best practices, and preferably hands-on experience with BMC products.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for BMC software implementations and integrations.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and BMC vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL and industry best practices.
• Drive project governance through regular status reports, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and change management.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• 2+ years of experience specifically managing BMC implementation projects or similar projects
• Advantage if person has strong understanding of BMC products (Helix, Remedy, ITOM Control-M, etc.).
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework (certification is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or any other related field

Experience

At least 7 years of relevant experience
