Job Scope
We are looking for a driven and ambitious IT Sales Representative / Account Manager with 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably from a business development or lead generation background, who is eager to advance in their sales career. The ideal candidate should have a hunter mentality, a strong passion for technology, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on Data, AI, and digital transformation solutions
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory or vertical
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Work closely with presales, delivery, and vendor teams to build tailored proposals and solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, including commercial negotiations
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM (e.g., Salesforce) with qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams on campaigns and lead follow-ups
- Understand client pain points and communicate how Magnoos’ Data, AI, and software solutions can address them
- Participate in partner/vendor events, client meetings, and industry forums to generate new leads
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Position Requirements
- Prior experience in a System Integrator or Software Vendor is highly preferred
- Familiarity with selling software solutions, professional services, or managed services
- Good understanding of the sales cycle, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a hunter mindset
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or any other related field.
