Associate - Presales
Job Scope
The Associate - Presales supports the Sales team with technical coordination, material preparation, and relationship management for effective pre-sales operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales team by coordinating technical aspects of pre-sales activities;
- Support the Sales team in responding to customers requests understanding requirements, and tailoring proposals;
- Support the Presales Engineer in creating demos, proposal documentations, and presentations;
- Complete required pre-sales documentation in a quick and accurate manner;
- Provide support to the company partners and customers;
- Resond to after-hours support queries during assigned rotaions and escalate issues if needed.
Position Requirements
- French speaking language will be an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
Experience
- 2-3 years of technical experience in Network Sceurity and Virtualization.
- Experience with CVAD, Citrix DaaS and Virtualization.
- Experience with ADC and VDI Conscepts will be an added advantage.
