Account Manager - Cloud Solutions

Job Scope

The Account Manager - Cloud Solutions is a hunter solution sales professional within our Cloud
Solutions Provider Unit, focused on bringing new customers onto the Azure and our
Managed Services Platform.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Help realize the Company’s key strategic focus to increase our customer base of
Azure and MSP customers.
• Cover the UAE as a sales territory by profiling customers and using intelligence to
prospect effectively, identifying new Cloud and Azure opportunities, and driving rapid
Cloud adoption.
• Partner with our marketing and partnership team to leverage every avenue available
to support acquisition at scale.
• Lead the collaboration of the technical and presales resources to advance the sales
process and achieve/exceed Azure new customer acquisition targets, as well as
Azure sales and usage/consumption targets in his assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic
direction and drive engagement with senior level contacts, software developers and
IT architects.
• Help customers evaluate our cloud platform for their applications, recommend
solutions that meet their requirements, remove roadblocks to deployment and drive
customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or any other related field.

Experience

5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
