Job Scope

The Engineer - AI will design and build AI-powered applications using large language models and advanced machine learning techniques. S/he will develop intelligent workflows, integrate APIs, and optimize system performance, with a focus on delivering scalable, efficient, and reliable AI solutions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and build applications utilizing LLMs for tasks such as summarization, content creation, classification, Q&A, and conversational agents;
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using domain-specific datasets and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone);
• Build agent-based systems with orchestration logic capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and multi-step task execution;
• Integrate open-source and commercial LLMs into end-user applications using tools like LangChain and other orchestration frameworks;
• Craft prompt templates and implement chaining logic to guide model behavior effectively;
• Explore fine-tuning, embeddings, and context augmentation techniques to improve performance;
• Build and maintain APIs to expose AI capabilities securely and efficiently;
• Orchestrate workflows for real-time and asynchronous use cases; 
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize GenAI pipelines for latency, cost, throughput, and reliability;
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems and effectively communicate results and capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field

Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant experience
