Job Scope
The Digital Marketing specialist is accountable for developing and implementing Digital marketing campaigns with the aim of promoting products and services at both the company’s stores and its e-commerce platform. S/He handles various responsibilities ranging from creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative, all aligned towards the achievement of the overall marketing strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy based on market insights and data analytics retrieved from different channels at hand
- Participate in the creation and development of paid digital marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels and follow through the implementation with concerned parties both internally and externally while maintaining the targeted budget
- Work effectively with different types of campaign objectives including but not limited to optimizing conversion, acquisition and lead gen efforts, traffic and reach
- Organize and oversee campaigns and promotional events on social media using different channels and targeting various audiences
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
- Work effectively on CRM tools to run focused marketing campaigns
- Gather and analyze data that helps identify and define future campaigns and activities for targeted audiences
- Produce creative written and multimedia contents to be used on different digital and online platforms increasing engagement
- Increase website traffic and leads through paid and organic campaigns
- Write, edit and proofread creative contents for diverse marketing activities
- Maintain and update digital marketing content on the eCommerce platform
- Follow up and monitor the progress of campaigns and events using various metrics and KPIs, consolidate and submit reports accordingly
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and vendors to execute digital marketing strategies.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
