Sales Operations Executive

Job Scope

The Sales Operations Executive is accountable for coordinating opportunities on forecasting tools, align data on new or renewal proposals and ascertain ease of closure and forecasting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enable thorough review of process in SFDC for consistent process control points
  • Manage “one version of the truth” – reviewing pipeline throw different system
  • Working with the central Analytics team, provide ongoing and one-off analysis & recommendations to Sales Leaders regarding current and future business trends: Pipeline, linearity/velocity, attainment projections, business trend insights
  • Drive adoption of CRM common tools & processes across Sales
  • Ensure quality of CRM data (opportunity/account)
  • Ensure end2end alignment of Demand Gen, Deal Execution, Forecast/pipe gen & performance management
  • Manage sales forecast & pipeline management framework
  • Drive annual sales planning and territory optimization: Regional sales planning, quota allocations, input to incentive programs, deployment of resources, territory assignments
  • Prepare Distribution reports and support with Channel Analytics
  • Improve existing or create new reports and dashboards as required for continuous improvement, using digital tools (for ex. SalesForce)

Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of key accounts organization
  • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Understanding of services sales and services delivery business
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
  • Able to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Focused approach

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with commercial/technical education

Experience

  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience in Sales support or similar role
  • Basic: 1-3 years of experience in reporting and analytics
  • Experience in working with SalesForce
  • Experience in working with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
