Job Scope
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for overseeing the full-cycle of recruitment activities, in coordination with LOBs, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting and role offering. S/He plays a key role in positioning Midis as an employer of choice through increasing visibility and implementing effective recruitment strategies, best practice and employee branding. #LI-LH1 #LI-MP1
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in handling the department activities regionally ensuring a smooth running of operations and an efficient support to all line of businesses
- Handle the group recruitment needs with the respective HR-LOB, follow up on activities by position and assist as needed
- Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and optimize the use of all related platforms promoting iStyle as an employer of choice
- Maintain sound relationships with recruitment service providers
- Source potential candidates through various channels and post vacancies on recruitment portals and company career webpage
- Build a pipeline of talent for each LOB
- Screen, interview, shortlist and recruit candidates as per job openings and requirements
- Introduce new ideas to attract potential talents and enhance the hiring process
- Participate in the preparation and execution of recruitment events and employer branding activities
- Maintain an updated database at all times and handle the department archiving system
- Assist in the development and implementation of the recruitment module on SAP and the new recruitment process
- Follow up with line of businesses on monthly dashboards, analyze results and share recommendations with the TA Manager
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other related field
Experience
- Excellent command in English, written and spoken
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
