Job Scope
The Receptionist is accountable for reflecting a professional image through welcoming, greeting and directing visitors appropriately. S/He is the gatekeeper of the headquarter responding to administrative requests in a timely manner.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they reach the premises
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materia
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (logbook, visitor badges…)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Organize and manage the bookings of the conference and meeting rooms
- Perform other administrative tasks to support various internal departments
Position Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- University degree is a plus
- English and Hungarian knowledge at an intermediate level both written and oral
Education
High school Diploma
Experience
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
