Job Scope
The Digital Sales Executive is accountable for growing the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience and maintaining the digital platform through conducting data analysis and managing relationships with business partner. #LI-LH1
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the e-commerce portal content, by planning and adding new categories/products, product data, recommending upsell/cross-sell opportunities and promotions to store
- Monitor, report and coordinate with the sales team to ensure optimum stock allocation
- Coordinate the online promotion with vendors, marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal efficiency
- Track the e-commerce platform performance (Overall, Client, Product) and report the business outcome of data-driven insights
- Manage leads and support existing/new partner accounts on e-commerce
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
- Conduct market research on sales and promotions over digital platforms and do the required analysis
- Prepare insights report on the data-mining outcome on key KPIs
- Provide specialized knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
