What you'll do
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our business. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, find new opportunities, and help us achieve our sales goals while owning the sales process end-to-end. #LI-LH1
Your responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and drive high win rates
- Identify and approach new clients to grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and suggest the best fitting solutions

Negotiate prices and payment terms within approved guidelines
- Keep customers informed about new products, updates, and changes
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reports in line with internal processes
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and follow up on customer orders
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Education
IT, Technical, Business administration, Sales, Economy, Marketing or any other related field
