Senior Manager - SMB Sales
Job Scope
The Senior Manager - SMB Sales is responsible for defining and driving the SMB strategy across the region, with full ownership of business performance, including revenue growth and profitability. S/He acts as the regional owner, leading and aligning country sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, while translating global vendor strategies into effective and scalable execution across markets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Technical and Operations
- Define, lead, and drive the regional SMB strategy in alignment with overall commercial objectives and vendor direction;
- Own the regional SMB business performance across all countries, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share;
- Lead the regional SMB roadmap, ensuring consistency, prioritization, and scalability across all countries in the region;
- Translate and implement Apple's SMB direction into regional and local strategies, adapting actions to market specific realities while maintaining overall alignment;
- Drive the go-to-market strategy, channel approach, and commercial priorities for the SMB segment across the region;
- Lead, align, and steer SMB Managers and Teams, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and performance delivery;
- Own the end-to-end regional SMB pipeline, ensuring strong lead generation, conversion, and revenue realization across all countries;
- Monitor and drive performance management across countries, initiating corrective actions, acceleration plans, and optimization initiatives where required;
- Identify and execute on regional growth opportunities, cross-country synergies, and scalable business models;
- Establish and enforce standardized SMB processes, sales routines, and performance frameworks across the region;
- Develop and manage the regional SMB financial plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking;
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and senior internal leadership;
- Ensure compliance with vendor guidelines, internal commercial procedures, and governance frameworks across all countries;
Talent Development
- Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
- Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.

Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field
Experience
At least 7-10 years of relevant experience
