Job Scope
The Retail Manager is accountable for directing the sales, operations and customer service strategies and activities in all retail stores to meet market and Apple standards in alignment with the company’s vision. S/He leads the team through continuous feedback and coaching, follows up regularly on sales and stock performances and implement development and expansion plans.

Define and develop the sales and operations strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and key prioritiesand in coordination with the General Manager;
- Develop the stores goals and objectivesand follow up on implementation while abiding by set policies,procedures and working standards;
- Work with the GMto set the yearly budget of the division in line with businessplans and needs, optimize costs andjustify budget amendments accordingly;
- Establish sales and storesbudgets, set incentiveand commission plans and cascade to the team accordingly;
- Responsibility for the development of retail stores in accordance with Apple planogram requirements and 3PP supplier guidelines, including regular monitoring and execution of internal store audits;
- Promote the company's existing brands in stores and introduce new products to the market;
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identifymarket trends and suggestsystem improvements to achieve marketing goals;
- Oversee the sales performance of assigned stores, prepare sales forecasts and take corrective actions in coordination with other departments when needed;
- Human resources development, including training and coaching of store managers to strengthen their ability to lead sales teams and manage performance in line with defined and planned goals and KPIs
- Maintain regular communication and feedback with the Operations Manager to ensure a right allocation of products in the stores;
- Work closely also with Online and B2B departments on organizing mutual cooperation, finding solutions to improve synergy with an impact on productivity and efficiency;

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Experience
At least 8 years of relevant experience.
