Job Scope

The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, marketing acumen, and hands-on execution.

The position will involve managing marketing initiatives across various countries, calling for effective cross-border collaboration.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of the marketing strategy based on market insights and data analytics retrieved from different channels at hand
  • Participate in the creation and development of marketing campaigns and follow through the implementation with concerned parties both internally and externally
  • Organize and oversee campaigns and promotional events on social media using different channels and targeting various audiences
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition using different tools including but not limited to focus groups, call backs, surveys etc.
  • Gather and analyze data that helps identify and define future campaigns and activities for targeted audiences
  • Produce creative written and multimedia contents to be used on different digital and online platforms increasing engagement
  • Write, edit and proofread creative contents for diverse marketing productions (brochures, website, press releases, materials, etc.)
  • Maintain the company website and update all information at all times
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key external partners including media, advertising companies, agencies etc.
  • Follow up and monitor the progress of campaigns and events using various metrics and submit reports accordingly
  • Organize events and exhibitions in coordination with internal and external parties
  • Coordinate with the sales team and develop targeted marketing campaigns and activities that meet sales strategies.

 

Position Requirements

Marketing activity Management: Develop and implement marketing activities, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments to strategies as necessary. This includes orchestrating a mix of in-person and virtual events such as seminars, webinars, executive conferences, roundtables, industry-specific events, networking gatherings, and co-marketing initiatives.

Event Coordination: Plan and participate in various events, including conferences, seminars, and trade shows, ensuring they align with company goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

 

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in event organization, conferences, socila media.
  • Experience in leveraging LinkedIn for B2B marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.
