Inside Sales Representative - Internship
Job Scope
The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-Sales Engineers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Support in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients/channels to contribute to sales growth in the assigned territory

Assist in tracking payment performance, reviewing outstanding balances, and following up with relevant teams on resolutions

Participate in promoting the company’s products and solutions within the assigned region alongside the sales team

Help maintain and update a structured database of customers/channels

Assist in analyzing data and preparing basic reports to identify customer trends, loyalty, and potential new opportunities
- Follow up with customers and partners on open opportunities
- Help track and update the sales pipeline to ensure timely progression
- Assist in preparing basic sales forecasts and reports
- Participate in product trainings and support in presenting the company’s portfolio to clients
- Maintain accurate records in the pipeline and backlog and ensure activities are logged
- Assist in preparing quotes and supporting approval processes
- Support with follow-up on renewal opportunities across the assigned territory
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related field.
Experience
Previous exposure to sales or marketing is a plus.
