Inside Sales Representative - Internship

Job Scope

The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-Sales Engineers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients/channels to contribute to sales growth in the assigned territory
  • Assist in tracking payment performance, reviewing outstanding balances, and following up with relevant teams on resolutions
  • Participate in promoting the company’s products and solutions within the assigned region alongside the sales team
  • Help maintain and update a structured database of customers/channels
  • Assist in analyzing data and preparing basic reports to identify customer trends, loyalty, and potential new opportunities
  • Follow up with customers and partners on open opportunities
  • Help track and update the sales pipeline to ensure timely progression
  • Assist in preparing basic sales forecasts and reports
  • Participate in product trainings and support in presenting the company’s portfolio to clients
  • Maintain accurate records in the pipeline and backlog and ensure activities are logged
  • Assist in preparing quotes and supporting approval processes
  • Support with follow-up on renewal opportunities across the assigned territory

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related field.

Experience

Previous exposure to sales or marketing is a plus.
