HR Business Partner
Job Scope
The HRBP is accountable for implementing effective people strategies through a close coordination with employees, line managers and key stakeholders. S/He will act as a point of reference on all HR functional areas namely recruitment and training, performance appraisal and daily HR activities while improving on deliverables.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day guidance to line management on HR functional areas including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations among others
- Conduct business trips to affiliates to address recruitment needs and/or other HR related tasks
- Establish partnerships with recruitment agencies and negotiate contracts in coordination with the direct manager
- Follow up on recruitment needs with department heads and manage the full recruitment cycle and onboarding formalities accordingly
- Prepare periodic HR dashboards, analyze KPIs and metrics and recommend solutions, programs and policies
- Update, develop and monitor HR policies, procedures and related forms as well as job descriptions and organizational charts for all departments
- Follow up on the proper launch and implementation of the yearly performance appraisal ensuring fairness and transparency all across
- Maintain and update the HR database, records and employee files while monitoring schedules, attendance and leaves for proper action
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations
- Conduct exit interviews identifying trends and remedial actions
- Ensure that probation meetings are conducted and completed and forms are returned and filled in due time
- Work closely with the Center of Excellence to identify and fulfill specific employee and organizational needs
- Manage and solve employee relations issues and escalate concerns when and as needed
- Support in the implementation of myMidis modules across all departments
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field
Experience
At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
