Job Scope
The Retail Team Leader is accountable for supporting the Store and Assistant Store Manager in running the daily operations while attending to customers’ needs and complaints and delivering service excellence across all the team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operational activities to deliver the highest standards of customer service and maximize sales and profitability in line with company’s objectives
- Support the team during the shift on duty, lead by example and report daily activities and issues to the Store Manager
- Follow up on staff knowledge and skills and develop capabilities through trainings and mentoring
- Proceed with daily briefings and motivate employees towards a higher sales performance
- Apply the Apple planogram
- Assist in the preparation of schedules while accounting for vacation plans and days off and optimizing floor coverage
- Follow up on the appearance and maintenance of the store to meet Apple guidelines
- Contribute to a positive customer shopping experience, maintain an excellent service level at the store and attend to customer complaints
- Follow up on the merchandising and replenishment of the store
- Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are implemented/applicable at all times.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
