Job Scope

The Project Engineer is responsible for all engineering and technical tasks involved in a project including scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing all related activities aiming at timely deliverables and client satisfaction. S/He communicates regularly with the client and oversees project teams optimizing performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Working Experience in CMW projects would be more preferable
• Experience in Operations ,Maintenance of RMU,33,11kV/415V Distribution Substations, and Diesel Generators of Various Brands
• Experience in Maintenance of 11kV OH Lines.
• Experience in UPS systems
• Testing of ACB and Protective Relays using appropriate relay kits.
• Experience in Operations and Maintenance of 1500, 1000, 500kVA, 33,11kV/415V Transformers.
• Maintenance of Capacitor Banks and Battery charger
• Installation and Maintenance of UPS systems.
• Installation and Maintenance of Automatic Transfer Switch- ATS (WOODWARD, DEIF etc.)
• Cable fault, and Testing of various sized MV as well as LV cables

• Preparation of  PPM Schedules
• Follow up with teams on site to ensure the work is done on time
• Document submissions
• Understanding, Preparing of SLD Drawings
• Attending Weekly Meetings with End Users. Time to time meet the site users
• Follow up on sub contractors on going jobs, RFQ jobs as per site and contract requirement

Position Requirements

Education

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Technology (Must be attested for MOFA)
• Competency Certifications  (ADDC / DEWA / FEWA)
